Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Accept Conditions and Submit Payment.” There will be no refund in the event of cancellation. Name change and substitution requests must be received by Feb. 20, 2022, 11:59 PM PST.

"Champion Team Meeting" will appear in your credit/debit card statement. Do NOT dispute that transaction.

 

Hotel reservation: Champion Team highly recommends convention attendees to stay at Westgate Las Vegas, for a better event experience. When booking at Westgate your credit card will be charged for the refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax (refundable until one week before the arrival). Our group rate cut-off date is Feb. 7th, 2022. You may change the names and dates on your reservation, however, the deposit will be your responsibility.  Should you choose to transfer your reservation to another name, you will be responsible for the exchange of financial responsibility to the new guest on your own. The Listing room price doesn't include the resort fee and applicable taxes.

 

Champion Team reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance, based on Champion Team's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant. By registering for this event, you agree to hold harmless for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference. You also agree that the Champion Team may use and distribute your image, name, and voice in all forms of media.

 

Photography, including camera-enabled cell phones, videotaping, and audio-recording during the meeting is forbidden.

 

If you are registering your spouse or significant other, it is your responsibility to accept these conditions on their behalf and make them aware of the conditions of Convention registration.
